Location
A private, green address, twelve minutes from everywhere that matters.
An inner suburb seven kilometres from the Perth CBD, sitting on WA’s second largest transit interchange, where gum-tree canopy, a genuine village strip and a rebuilt station meet in one small, walkable pocket.

Indicative render. The terrace under the canopy of Mills Avenue Reserve.
The suburb
Bayswater has the things that take decades to build: mature street trees, riverfront parkland, well-regarded schools, and a town centre with real history rather than a shopping-strip veneer.
Murray and Veitch Streets still carry the suburb’s heritage character, and the area has long drawn painters, musicians and makers, an artistic thread that runs through everything from the laneway mural off Whatley Crescent to the monthly Twilight Markets at Bert Wright Park.
What Bayswater has gained recently is connection, on a scale few inner suburbs can match. The rebuilt Bayswater interchange, a $253 million investment, brings the Midland, Morley-Ellenbrook and Airport lines together in one place, a short walk from the front gate. Trains run every ten minutes for most of the day, and reach the Perth CBD in around twelve minutes. Perth Airport is about ten minutes by car.
And directly in front of the houses is Mills Avenue Reserve: open lawn and mature gum trees that no future development can build out, because it’s already a park.
